This set of five must-have no-tech picture communication boards can be used to request assistance from loved ones, caregivers, nurses, doctors and first responders. My Health Passport is a great template you can personalize for the individual needs and communication methods. Tip for family caregivers; bring this kit to the hospital and ask for assistance from the hospital's speech and language department.
