The book covers 4 categories, divided by tabs, so the topical pages are easy to find. Each topical page/communication board includes 12 - 2" adult-appropriate picture choice along with words. Additional  core vocabulary words are included to expand the user's meaning. The back side of each page features a blank template so you customize the board with personal favorite pictures or words. The book is spiral bound so it opens flat to the page you want to use at the bedside or bathroom.
